In literacy I have been learning about Antactica. We got to go on a trip to the antactic senter. That was where I took intrest in the weather. The next week we got to chose what topice we wanted to learn more about. . I chose weather and climate. I learnt alot that day. The temp can go up and up like 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 all the way to 80 butttt, the temp can also go down like -1 -2 -3 -4 -5 -6 -7 -8 -9 -10 -11 and down and down and down to -80.

I think that Antarctica is an amazing place to learn about. Antarctica looked so fluffy but …  looks can deceive you.

Infomation Report About Antactica

This term we have been looking at Antarctica. We got to learn about its size, Diffrent types of animals, thickness of ice, Weather, People that lived on there what they wear. I have most of that in here and I think that I did an amazing job because I dident know anything about Antactica. Here is my work.

Chilly no, Frozen no, Freezing cold. What is Antarctica? Antarctica is one of 7 continents on the Earth. That is an amazing privilege because their is only 7. Antarctica is classed as a desert.

Antarctica is the coldest place on Earth. It has Layers and layers of snow covering the land and it makes a hard and heavy layer. It is cool how Antarctica can hold such an amazing amount of weight. It is 14 million KM in size.

It is amazing how much Antarctica has grown from 60 million years. For the last 15 million years Antarctica was mostly an icy forest. It has been a frozen desert under a thick ice sheet. Antarctic snow is 4,897 meters above sea level. That is pretty deep for everyone because no one is that tall. It looks like a massive,fluffy, Delicious marshmallow. It looks so warm but some looks can deceive you.

I think that Antarctica would be a amazing place to visit. Not to sleep at thow because it would be FREEZING.
